Having hosted the first Youth Winter Olympic Games in Innsbruck earlier this year, the Tirol cycle team will mark the Olympic journey from Innsbruck 2012 to London 2012 by bike.

Several resorts are reporting that so far this month they have received more snow than any other January in the last 30 years, whilst Nauders and Galtür haven’t had such heavy snow at the start of the year for the last 60 years.

The countdown is on to the 1st Winter Youth Olympic Games, which will take place from 13th – 22nd January 2012 in Innsbruck and Seefeld.
