Ashworth College today announced that author, model, TV personality, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, activist and Ashworth alumna Didiayer Snyder will be the commencement speaker at Ashworth College’s commencement on August 15.

Ashworth College continues its community service endeavors through its support the Atlanta Community Food Bank “Kids In Need Program.” Ashworth administration and staff will donate new school supplies for area teachers in low-income schools.

Debora Jones, a Holland, OH mother, has received a national “Project Working Mom…and Dads, Too!” full-ride scholarship to Ashworth College, an accredited online institution. Jones will pursue a Professional Medical Billing and Claims Program.

Ashworth College announced that it is partnering with eLearners.com, to launch a new national program aimed at helping adults kick start their careers through education, entitled "Career Stimulus Package." (www.careerstimulus.com).

NORCROSS, Georgia – June 22, 2009 – Ashworth College today announced that Erica Wood, a mother from Romulus, MI is the recipient of a national “Project Working Mom…and Dads, Too!” full-ride scholarship.

Robin Bucholz started her day like so many days before -- work, family, bills. Then she received a phone call from The Tyra Banks Show, congratulating her on being an essay competition finalist and inviting her to appear on the show.

Ashworth College today announced that Kenneth Seymore, a father from Round Rock, TX is the recipient of a full-ride scholarship to pursue a Professional Gourmet Cooking and Catering Program at Ashworth College, an accredited online institution.

Ashworth College announced today that it will be expanding its undergraduate program to include Certificates. The 14 new certificate programs will join Ashworth’s existing Associate and Bachelor’s degree programs.
