Bedales students are celebrating after receiving an excellent and record breaking number of offers from leading universities and colleges in art and design.

Ryan Walsh, PE Teacher for Bedales Junior School, Dunhurst, is counting down the days to the 17th April when he will be running in the Virgin London Marathon in aid of children’s charity CCHF All About Kids.

The Bedales girls’ football team did the School proud on Wednesday with a 3-2 win against Lord Wandsworth College and Dunhurst, Bedales junior school, hosted the annual U13 girls’ 7-a-side hockey tournament.

Bedales School enlisted the help of Cupid to raise money for Comic Relief last Friday.

The U14 netball team scored a fantastic result against Churcher’s College and the U11 A & B Hockey teams travelled to Barrow Hills on Wednesday

Pupils from Bedales Junior School, Dunhurst, received a visit from Martina Gruppo following her trip to Nicaragua where she is helping out on a project to improve education for children from coffee farming communities.

Dunhurst’s U10 & 11 cross country runners were victorious for the 2nd year running at the Oakwood annual event securing the winning shield for best overall school beating: Great Ballard, Oakwood, Alton Convent , Meoncross and Ryde.

Sixth form students from Bedales School took a physical theatre adaptation of children’s book ‘Crazy Hair’ to Dubai recently as part of an annual exchange trip to Dubai College.

Bedales U14 Girls Netball team are celebrating following victory at a tournament competing against schools across Hampshire and Wiltshire on Saturday.
