CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union has awarded its annual Kathryn R. Coleman scholarship to Luke Dillard and Jace Ross and T.C. Williams High School to Sabina Baidoo and Courtney Booterbaugh.

CommonWealth One announced Mobile MyDeposit on its Facebook page on April 1. Mobile MyDeposit allows members to deposit checks remotely, quickly and securely by using their Smartphone.

CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union was an event sponsor for the seventh consecutive year for the 41st Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run. This year’s event raised over $483,000 to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union helped host two Kids Marketplace Activities in collaboration with ACPS Family & Community Engagement Centers and the Virginia Cooperative Extension.

CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, in partnership with Virginia Blood Services (VBS), is hosting a blood drive on January 18, 2012 at its Harrisonburg Regional Branch in Harrisonburg, Virginia to benefit the local community.

The CommonWealth One Annual Warm Hearts Coat Drive was a success. Credit union members and staff generously donated over 98 coats to local children and adults in need.

CommonWealth One won the 2012 Medium Business of the Year by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce at their Annual Business Awards reception.
