Concerned alumni met with President Michelle Howard-Vital and key staff earlier this year to develop comprehensive strategies to support students and their families.

Last month, faculty, staff and other members of the Cheyney University campus community participated in a retreat hosted by the University’s president, Dr. Michelle Howard-Vital.

Last week, Hollie McDonald, Assistant Vice President of M& T bank presented a check to Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, and its President, Dr. Michelle R. Howard Vital to support the Men’s Basketball program.

On Saturday, June 12th, members of the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, located in Philadelphia, presented a deserving college-bound student, Akilah Evans, with the “Luberta Teagle Enon/Cheyney Scholarship.”
