Dream Town Realty's luxury home listing at 1852 N. Sedgwick was recently featured on NBC's LX.TV program "OpenHouse". The episode originally aired on local NBC Channel 5 Chicago and can now be viewed on Dream Town's Chicago real estate website.

A 12,000 sq. ft. mansion in Lincoln Park sold for $5.6 million in August, the highest price paid for a home in Chicago so far this year. Dream Town Realty's Christine Carr was the selling agent for the property.

An original Keck House is up for sale in the Chicago market and was recently featured on LX.TV's "Open House." The spot aired on local NBC Channel 5 on Sunday, August 30 and can now be viewed on the listing company's website (www.DreamTown.com).

Dream Town Realty has developed an REO sales division to help banks sell foreclosures. The company uses the same marketing techniques and campaign approaches as traditional home sales to move REO properties off the market.
