The Rotaract Club of Heritage Institute of Technology organized the Inaugural Sports Festival on the 31st of August, 2010, for “Surya-Kiran”, an under-privileged school run by the Kalyan Bharti Trust.

It was a bright Friday morning 17th September, 2010 at the Heritage Campus when great actor Shri Manoj Joshi presented his play Chanakya at the Heritage school Kolkata.

The Heritage Academy, BBA Department organized a Seminar on “Career Opportunities in the Banking Sector- HR Manager's Perspective” in the A.V Room of the Heritage campus on 16th September, 2010, from 03:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The Senior Vice President West Head- Liabilities, Citi Bank, India, motivated the students of MBA at Heritage Group of Institutions, Kolkata by the latest attributes and skills a management graduate should have for the corporate corridors.

On 27th August, the MEC of Heritage Institute of Technology,has organized panel discussion on the topic " Inclusive growth: the challenges before India" where eminent economists from IIM, ISI and Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, contributed.

Mr. Tanvir Singh, the Regional Recruitment Lead ( Eastern and North-Eastern India) along with Mr. Sudhir Mishra, Sr. lead- Talent Acquisition, of Infosys inspired the students of Heritage.

An interactive session on Friday, 20th August, 2010 at the Heritage Academy where Mr. Braj Kishore, Vice-President, Corporate Communications and Brand Management, of SREI Group delivered his practical knowledge of Branding to the students of BBA.

Mr. Bitan Chakraborty, the Assistant General Manager- Marketing in the Hiland Group, Kolkata interracted with the BBA students about innovative brand positioning at the Heritage Academy.

Undergraduate students from the Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata presented their research projects under the guidance of New Jersey Institute of Technology STEM faculty creating a knowledge moment in the knowledge century
