On 16th September, Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata had organized a 1 – Day workshop on Ethical Hacking for the Btech, BBA, BCA and MBA students in the campus.

On 9th September 2011, the students and the faculty members of Heritage Group of Institutions, Kolkata got the opportunity to listen to eminent writer, poet and painter Baba Satyanarayan Mouryaji and his compilation "Bharat Mata ki Aarti".
