Human Rights Alert

With the recent publication of a UN Human Rights Council report regarding "corruption of the courts and legal profession... in California", it became necessary to provide those who try to follow the case a practical reference tool.

The letter expressed the hope that the UPR process of the United Nations would prove to be a unique opportunity for the truth regarding corruption of the US justice system to be finally heard - loud and clear.

Human Rights Alert (NGO) called for action by US law enforcement regarding mounting evidence of high-level financial management fraud at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Bet Tzedek evolved into a mixed use organization - provider of free legal services, which doubles as the seat of various other enterprises, which must be deemed contrary to both its mission and the law, and were alleged as racketeering.

United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) staff report adapted the Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission, stating "corruption in the courts and the legal profession, and discrimination of US law enforcement in California."

Requests, addressed to the journal itself - Harvard Civil Rights Civil Liberties Law Review - for acknowledgement of receipt of the paper, which documents corruption of the justice system in the United States, remain unanswered.

An Urgent Call of Legislative Action by the US Senate Judiciary Committee

Richard Fine, had exposed, publicized, and rebuked the taking by California judges in Los Angeles County of "not permitted" payments (called by media "bribes").

Already in the early 2000s Los Angeles County was distinguished in FBI reports as “the epicenter of the epidemic of real estate and mortgage fraud, which is a high national priority to fight”.

Complaint against then Judge Patricia Collins, Judge Lisa Hart-Cole, Atty David Pasternak, Old Republic International (NYSE:ORI) for racketeering by judges, financial institutions, and large law-firms in pretense proceedings at the Court.
