The Kingsport Office of Small Business Development & Entrepreneurship (KOSBE) is proud to announce the launch of a new and improved website – kosbe.org.

The Tennessee Small Business Development Center and the Kingsport Office of Small Business Development & Entrepreneurship will host a free Introduction to Exporting & International Trade event on Wednesday, August 17 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

The Kingsport Office of Small Business Development & Entrepreneurship (KOSBE) will host its First Annual KOSBE Award Winners Reunion event, Breakfast of Champions on Friday, August 12 from 7:30 – 9 a.m., at Golden Corral, Kingsport.

KOSBE Award winner Phil’s Dream Pit was recognized by the state of Tennessee for the winning video submission in the states’, “What Makes You an Entrepreneur?” contest.

Photography with Heart. The Kingsport Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting and open house for KOSBE Award winner, Picsee Studio on Thursday, June 30, at 3 p.m. at their new location, 115 E. Market Street, downtown Kingsport.

Ellen Stroud, co-founder and vice president of Pinnacle Ranch has been elected chair of the Board of Directors for the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA).

Tracy's Tea House offers a the chance to experience a wide variety of unique Eastern and Western tea blends with mouth-watering meals on the menu! Currently, there are 19 organic and special blend teas offered and prepared in house.

The new book is filled with professional advice and tips especially for potential entrepreneurs and any business in business less than five years.

The event takes place from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, March 23, at your Kingsport Area Chamber of Commerce, 151 E. Main St., Kingsport, TN. The workshop is offered free of cost, but registration is required.
