The Kingsport Chamber of Commerce and Kingsport Office of Small Business Development & Entrepreneurship (KOSBE) is conducting an anonymous survey of women business owners and professional women throughout the Northeast Tennessee region.

The TSBDC at ETSU and KOSBE will host a free Small Business Fall Night School on Tuesday, November 13 from 6 - 9 p.m., at the Kingsport Center for Higher Education, 400 Clinchfield St, Suite 100, Kingsport.

TSBDC at ETSU and its Kingsport Affiliate Office (KOSBE) will be holding a QuickBooks (QB1) Basic Training Course on Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to Noon at the East Tennessee State University Innovation Laboratory.

Kingsport, TN - Pal’s BEI president David McClaskey will deliver the keynote address at the Tri-Cities Quality Forum on October 9, from 8 a.m.-Noon at the Toy. F. Reid Eastman Employee Center in Kingsport. The forum is free and open to the public.

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – The Kingsport Office of Small Business Development & Entrepreneurship (KOSBE) today announced 36 area small businesses are finalists in the 18th Annual KOSBE Awards, competing for one of several prestigious awards.

Connie Fulmer, DC, opened her practice, Living Proof Chiropractic, PLLC, in Gray, Tennessee on July 27, 2012. Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, IA, she is a member of the TCA and Kingsport Chamber of Commerce.

KOSBE and TSBDC at ETSU will host a FREE Small Business Packaging Class – The Silent Salesman on Tuesday, September 25 from 9 – 11 a.m., at your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, 400 Clinchfield Street, Ste. 100, downtown Kingsport.

TSBDC at ETSU Kingsport Affiliate Office will have a certified counselor on hand for free business counseling on the Thursday, August 9 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Morristown Chamber of Commerce, located at 825 W. 1st North Street, Morristown.

The Kingsport Office of Small Business Development & Entrepreneurship (KOSBE) will host its Second Annual KOSBE Award Winners Reunion event, Breakfast of Champions on Friday, August 10 from 7:30 – 9 a.m., at Food City, downtown, Kingsport.

Free Small Business Sources of Capital Class – Show Me the Money! on Tuesday, August 7 from 6 – 9 p.m., at your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, and Thursday, August 16 from 1 – 3 p.m. at the Rogersville Chamber of Commerce.
