AdvantaPure announces the appointment of Cuong M. Nguyen to its team. He fills a new position and brings experience in sales management, research, application support and business development involving the pharmaceutical and biopharma industries.

New from AdvantaPure are three white papers focusing on fluid transfer in pharma and biopharma applications. The papers focus on Single-Use practices for clean room fluid transfer, tubing selection, and the importance of container closures.

AdvantaPure will showcase its high purity tubing and Single-Use products at several trade shows this spring. The company will feature molded manifold assemblies, tubing, Single-Use fluid transfer technology, container closures and process hoses.

NewAge Industries has promoted Mary Marcus to Director of Quality and Mary Vander Neut to Finance Director. Marcus is responsible for the company’s quality program, while Vander Neut’s duties include maintaining the company’s finances.

Employees from AdvantaPure recently received customized training at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The training involved classroom and hands-on instruction to teach the employees about the equipment and processes used by their customers.

NewAge has promoted Lawrence Morano to Global Sales Manager for its AdvantaPure products and Stephen McDevitt to Assistant Inside Sales Manager. Morano will manage AdvantaPure’s distributors, while McDevitt will assist the Inside Sales Manager.

A United States patent has been awarded to AdvantaPass, a clean room wall pass-through system designed to transfer fluids between clean rooms and maintain room isolation during pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production.
