PTFE, FEP and PFA tubing from NewAge Industries is now at normal stock levels after shortages of raw materials. Production and exports have now returned to normal levels, as has NewAge’s stock of tubing in straight styles and special versions.

Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick met with NewAge Industries’ employee-owners to discuss their ownership roles, how their customers benefit, and why ESOPs can be option for other small business owners wishing to help retain American jobs.

Tubing manufacturer NewAge Industries welcomed State Senator Stewart Greenleaf for a discussion on the benefits of ESOP corporations and a comprehensive tour of its manufacturing facility. The Senator met with several of NewAge’s employee-owners.

Container closures made not only from silicone but now from AdvantaFlex TPE are available from high purity tubing manufacturer AdvantaPure. Called BioClosures, they provide a sure seal for containers used in biopharma and other clean industries.

Flexible PVC hose that resists crushing and kinking is available from NewAge Industries. The hose, called Vardex(R), is constructed of chemical-resistant PVC that encompasses spiral steel wire, enabling it to withstand tough environments.

AdvantaPure now stocks its overbraided PTFE hose in four styles: smooth core, convoluted core, silicone-jacketed smooth and silicone-jacketed convoluted. Applications include fluid transfer in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

AdvantaPure(R) introduces AdvantaPass, a technology developed to permit aseptic fluid transfer between pharmaceutical and biopharm manufacturing suites with reduced risk of contamination. The system employs Single-Use tubing and other components.

NewAge announces the appointment of Michael Yakes as its Midwest Sales Manager. Yakes has over 20 years of experience with a background that includes tubing and fabricated plastics. He will serve eight Midwest states while being based near Chicago.
