"Kickstarter Campaign" is underway seeking your contributions to help produce the comprehensive documentary on the role of the AME Church in South Carolina. More than 25 interviews have already been conducted, including US Rep. James Clyburn.

Mother Bethel sits on the oldest parcel of land continuously owned by African Americans, and is a National Historic Landmark. The church calls the new building design 'too modern for the neighborhood' and an 'eyesore outside it's front doorstep.'

Historic Bethel AME Church in Harrisburg is the focus of a new, self-guided tour. Celebration on June 30th will feature historical re-enactments, and a powerful praise and worship service beneath a tent next to the capitol fountain.

"POWER" leaders will dress in full clergy regalia, then march to Sen. Pat Toomey’s Philadelphia office for three consecutive days of prayer for immigration reform. The prayer rallies will take place on Mon 6/24, Tues 6/25, and Wed 6/26.
