More than 46 Foster Youth Received Gifts this Holiday Season

Tampa-based nonprofit onbikes has a mission to provide every child in foster care with a bike of their own. This year they plan to donate 550 new bicycles and helmets to Florida DCF Lead Agency Eckerd Community Alternatives.

Hillsborough County celebrates National Adoption Day with 25 children from foster care entering forever families. The event, including hearings, will be open to guests and members of the media.

Fostering Education Initiative, one of Eckerd’s Prevention Service Programs in Tampa Bay, will host an open house on October 29, 2015.
