Everyday we are told things are better in the economy yet standards of living are dropping all around & now DHS just purchased 1.5 bullets for every man, woman and child in America? Is there a foreign invasion on the threat list? Will they warn us?

The debt ceiling can't be resolved, services are being cut and our standard of living is being reduced. Sounds like austerity light to me? Finally a real solution to out of control govt. has been offered that forces politicos to be honest and frugal.

The 'Buffett Tax' suggests we tax the rich and fix the deficit, but it doesn't add up. The wealthy have their money in tax havens that exempt them from taxes, leaving the upper middle class as the target of the tax which only widens the income gap.

As the global currency war accelerates dollar devaluation around the globe, the cost of living is skyrocketing. The affect of gas prices may have been removed from the inflation matrix but it is felt in every families budget more & more by the day.

"PENSION REFORM" is tossed around and misunderstood everyday. These people have given 30-40 yrs. of their lives to public/private service and now they are being told 'we can't afford to give you your pension you contributed to and depend on to live'.
