Montgomery County Toastmasters Club

The Mont-Co TM Club met on 9-20-11. Club VP-PR Todd Austin announced that the new club website which he created is up and running at MontgomeryCountyToastmasters.org . The club also heard both an icebreaker speech as well as an inspirational speech.

At the 9-6-11 Montgomery County Toastmasters meeting the speakers were Ronda Meyer who spoke "On Being a Mother" & Dr. Todd Austin from Austin Family Chiropractic in Virden who talked about "Solving Tough Shoulder Cases" with cold laser therapy.

The two speakers at the 8-16-11 Montgomery County Toastmasters Club meeting were Todd Austin, who spoke about how he came to be a sideline chiropractor for the Springfield Foxes & Nita Markos who demonstrated how she became such a talented quilter.

The Montgomery County Toastmasters met in Hillsboro, IL on August 2nd, 2011. The prepared speakers were Brenda Masters-Stout and ashley Lawrence. Both did an excellent job while completing Toastmasters Basic Communication manual projects.

The Montgomery County Toastmasters club met on Tuesday, March 15th, 2011 at the Challacomb House in Hillsboro, IL for their bi-monthly meeting.

The Mont-Co Toastmasters met on Tuesday 11-2-10 at the Challcombe House in Hillsboro, IL. Club members from Coffeen, Greenville, Hillsboro, Litchfield and Virden were present, as was one guest, Pastor Tim Shrader, from Litchfield.

On 10-21-10, three members of the (Hillsboro, IL) Montgomery County Toastmasters Club demonstrated what Toastmasters is all about to Dr. Peggy Lee's 'Public Speaking' class at Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL.

The Mont-Co Toastmasters met at their new location Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at the Challcombe House. Club members Dr. Todd Austin and Maria Eilers each delivered 7-minute prepared presenations. Maria's daughter Julia also gave her Ice Breaker.

Two club members, Ryan Goodall and Martha Ruppert, delivered inspirational addresses at the 9-7-10 meeting of the Montgomery County Toastmasters Club. The club met at the Red Rooster Inn in Hillsboro, IL.

Montgomery County Toastmasters met Tuesday, August 31, 2010 for a special public Speakathon meeting. Both members and non-members gave speeches. Speaking were Dennis Vieweg, Todd Austin, Ron Lawrence and Summer Robbins. The Area Gov also attended.
