Select International, a global provider of human resource assessment solutions, announced the launch of Select Interviewing Online, a self-guided interview training program. Participants learn to conduct effective, legally defensible interviews.

Select International processed 6,000 online applications for GE's Appliance Park facility on September 28, fulfilling its quota in under an hour. GE began accepting applications for the Louisville, KY plant, averaging 120 applications a minute.

Doug Wolf will be a featured speaker at the Ogletree Deakins' National Labor and Employment Law Developments Seminar on October 5 in Indianapolis.

Continuing its 2011 growth and expansion, Select International has added five new team members and promoted two current employees. The new hires are within the Technology, Research and Development, and Consulting departments.

Sears Holdings Corporation and Select International will present, "Selecting and Developing Leaders: 5 Things You Can Learn from Sears," at HR.com's Quality of Hire Virtual Workshop. The presentation will take place July 21 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. ET.

Select International developed and validated a comprehensive production exercise for a large manufacturing client. Cost savings are estimated at $13,000 for every employee hired using the simulation.
