Legendary folk singer Pete Seeger shared his passion for music with a small crowd of roughly 100 Thursday, August 6, during an informal morning sing-along at Elant at Fishkill, the not-for-profit rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

The residents of Elant at Newburgh welcomed their first Senior Olympics with a five-day flurry of events, ceremonies, and competitions at the Meadow Hill Road facility.

Proving once again that it is never too late to learn something new, residents at Elant at Newburgh are exploring beginner drawing techniques, thanks to a local high school student’s efforts.
