NOV produce 4 inch mud gun and 6 inch mud gun; GN solids control can produce 2 inch and 3 inch mud gun, and now we have many sets of 2” mud guns in stock.

In diamond drilling, the cutting size will generally be less than 10 micron. And it is needed to remove 100% of solids otherwise the drilling will run in to major dramas, in a short period of time

Compared with MI-Swaco mongoose PT shale shaker, GNZS70-3B shale shaker is a new designed one, but be proved to have convenient operation and fresh experience by the end-user. What are the difference between them ?

GN solids control just finish installation and commissioning of 2 sets of HDD mud recycling system in Australia, and until not it works well in their drilling site. One system is 500gpm mud system, and another system is 1000gpm mud system.

GN ZCQ240 degasser can handle 1000gpm gas invaded drilling mud, and the flow rate of ZCQ360 can reach 1500gpm. ZCQ270 can process 1200gpm drilling mud, ZCQ300 can process 1300gpm, we can choose the right model according to customer’s requirement.
