Creative writing can help you express emotions through putting your thoughts on paper. Hospice at Home/Lory’s Place have partnered with the Box Factory to create a new workshop called A Different Kind of Writer’s Group.

Creative arts can help a person express their grief in ways they might not have known possible. Each page is a unique reflection of the artist's creative decision making. The program is offered at no charge and it takes place at Lory’s Place.

The public is invited to participate in this free Memory Pillow program for three consecutive Thursdays beginning on Thursday, July 29, through August 12, from 6-7:30 PM at the South Haven Hospice at Home, 05055 Blue Star Highway, South Haven.

On Wednesday, July 21, from 6:30 – 8:00 pm children of all ages (adults included) have the opportunity to participate in assembling, decorating and flying their own kite.
