AdvantaPure now offers its APST silicone tubing in nearly 50 sizes for use in pharmaceutical, biotech, biomedical, chemical, food, and beverage applications. The wide range of sizes addresses requirements for multiple fluid transfer uses.

Plastic tubing manufacturer NewAge Industries will have 4000 solar panels installed on its roof that will generate more than 50 percent of its electricity requirements. The project’s completion date is during the first quarter of 2011.

Keiser brings nearly 30 years experience in the field of quality to the plastic tubing manufacturer, which serves both industrial and clean-application industries. Keiser’s credentials and knowledge will help all of NewAge’s team members.

AdvantaPure will exhibit its pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products at three industry trade shows this fall. Tubing and single use systems will be the focus. Other items include container closures and identification solutions.

Tubing bonded with heat, not adhesives, helps customers save time and money on installations by eliminating multiple line routing. Four bonding styles are available: permanent, strippable, skip, and tubing bonded to electrical wire.

For the second year in a row, the plastic tubing manufacturer was selected as a finalist in a competition sponsored by Inc. magazine and Winning Workplaces(TM). NewAge was one of 40 finalist companies chosen from over 500 entrants.

The high-purity products manufacturer expanded its operations in 2008 and recently did so again to meet the demand for its single use systems and molded components used in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production.

Cam and groove fittings are now offered by NewAge Industries in four materials: nylon, industrial-grade polypropylene, food-grade polypropylene, and PVDF. A significant advantage over metal counterparts is their lighter weight.
