AdvantaPure will showcase its DocuLink(TM) silicone manifold identification method, BioClosure(TM) Systems high purity container closures, and AdvantaFlex(TM) biopharmaceutical grade tubing during the exhibition portion of the meeting.

NewAge Industries announces the passing of Raymond E. Baker, its founder. Baker started the company in 1954. He imported hardness testing equipment and PVC hose from Europe and grew the company into a multi-million dollar business.

BioClosure Systems are suitable for repeated or single use and work with flexible container systems, laboratory bottles, and storage receptacles of glass, plastic, or metal. They provide purity and a secure environment for critical processes.

Prolite(R) polypropylene tubing from NewAge Industries works well in many applications as a less costly alternative to fluoropolymer tubing. Prolite provides excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and high dielectric strength.

New DocuLink provides a practical method of critical document retrieval for manifold identification. DocuLink simplifies the tracking of individual manifolds after they’ve been installed by using a silicone-encased label on each part.

NewAge Industries changed its trash and recycling system, made building renovations, and stopped printing a catalog, all in an effort to go green. The company has reduced energy and paper usage and saved 60% in trash hauling charges so far.

Tubing and hose choices for fluid transfer in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes will be the focus of AdvantaPure’s table at this year’s ISPE Meeting. Single use systems, identification solutions, and molded items will also be highlighted.
