"Pole to Pole Adventures: A Search for Clues to Future Global Sea Level" topic of Great Decisions at Greenwich Library on September 14

John Mroz, Advisor to Over Twenty Governments, to Speak on Iran’s Potential Nuclear Threat and Other Proliferations at World Affairs Forum Event

Ambassador Craig R. Stapleton, former U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic and France will be the guest speaker at the World Affairs Forum’s final event of this program season, a dinner at the Holiday Inn Stamford-Downtown.

Dr. David Holland, Director, Center for Atmosphere-Ocean Science, Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, NYU, will make a presentation at a World Affairs Forum Event at the Greenwich Library.

Dr. Robert Johnston, Director of Eurasia Group's Global Energy & Natural Resources, will speak on "ENERGY AND THE GLOBAL ECONOMY".

Dr. Yu Zheng, Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Connecticut , will make a presentation at a World Affairs Forum event on "The Role of China in the World Economy."

Teams of 10 will gather to compete against each other answering questions about current events, famous faces, geography, history and places in the news, sports, etc. It’s DINNER-- A LIVE AUCTION -- PRIZES! with David Smith as Game Master!

David Holland, NYU Professor of Mathematics and Atmosphere-Ocean Science (CIMS), an expert in polar environmental science, will discuss future global sea level at Great Decisions, Greenwich Library on February 23rd.

Robert T. McGee, Director of Macro Strategy and Research at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management and former Chief Economist at U.S. Trust, will speak on "The Perfect Storm: Navigating the Global Financial Crisis."

Aryeh Neier, President of the Open Society Institute (OSI), and former Executive Director of Human Rights Watch, will make a presentation at a World Affairs Forum event sponsored by Cummings & Lockwood LLC.
