The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Oak Park, is hosting a free “Taste of Adventure Guides” barbeque on Saturday, September 6.

The Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park’s Youth & Government Fall program kicks off with its first meeting Wednesday, August 27 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Sycamore Canyon School.

The Conejo Valley YMCAs' Adventure Guides is now taking sign-ups for kids in in kindergarten through third grade and their parents.

The Conejo Valley YMCA is currently seeking young adults to staff its before and after school childcare sites in Thousand Oaks and Moorpark.

The Triunfo YMCA, serving Agoura Hills, Oak Park and Westlake Village, will kick off its Youth & Government leadership program for teens with a Thursday, September 4 barbeque.

The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Oak Park and Agoura Hills, is registering students in kindergarten through fifth grade for before and after school childcare programs at four area schools for the 2014-15 school year.

Dole Foods has pledged an additional $1 million to develop an interactive computer center and café within the first floor of the new Triunfo YMCA already under construction in Westlake Village.

The Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park is running its summer camp at a new location, Sycamore Canyon School in the Dos Vientos portion of Newbury Park. The camp is for kids entering kindergarten through eighth grades.

An information and rally night for the Conejo Valley YMCA’s Sequoia Lake away camp will be held Friday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Y (4031 N. Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks). Kids entering grades third through 12 in the fall are eligible to attend.

Conejo Valley YMCA campers who enroll in Conejo YMCA summer camp will have the opportunity to learn about, care for and ride specially-trained horses as part of their summer camp experience. Private lessons are also available to the community.
