The Miller Family YMCA's Flag Football League begins its fifth season on December 6. Sign-ups are now underway. A free skills clinic and registration day will be held Saturday, October 11 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Del Prado Playfields.

The Southeast Ventura County YMCA’s 50th anniversary and the Conejo Valley’s country roots will be celebrated at a western hoedown, Thursday, October 2 at 6:00 p.m. at the Conejo Valley YMCA (4031 N. Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks).
