The Southeast Ventura County YMCA and its four branches serving communities in eastern Ventura County are kicking off their annual fundraising efforts the beginning of February.

The Conejo Valley YMCA encourages residents in Thousand Oaks, Moorpark and the Santa Rosa Valley to put their health first by attending the Y’s week-long Membership Open House - January 7 through 12.

The Miller Family YMCA in Newbury Park will host an open house Saturday, January 12 from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Residents who attend can sign up for a free one-week membership.

The Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park is currently forming its Model United Nations delegation made up of middle school students in the Newbury Park area. A kickoff meeting will be held Wednesday, Jan. 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Miller Ym

Online registration is underway for the free Simi Valley Family YMCA's "Activate Simi Valley" healthy living program. An Activate Simi Valley kick-off, health fair and first weigh-in will take place at the Simi Valley Family YMCA on January 10.

The Conejo Valley YMCA will be hosting winter camps in Thousand Oaks and Moorpark. The camps coincide with winter breaks for area school districts: December 26 through December 28 and January 2 through January 4.

The Simi Valley Family YMCA is selling Christmas trees from November 30 through December 23 at the Y. Hours are 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Oak Park and Agoura Hills, will host its annual holiday camp from December 26 through December 28 and December 31 through January 4 (closed January 1). The camp coincides with winter school break.

Online registration for the Simi Valley Family YMCA's "Activate Simi Valley" healthy living program begins November 30. The free, eight-week program encourages participants to make healthy life changes,

The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Agoura and Oak Park, is holding its annual Thanksgiving Camp November 19 through 21 at its Willow Elementary School (29026 Laro Dr., Agoura Hills) childcare facilities.
