The Conejo Valley YMCA, serving Thousand Oaks, Moorpark and Santa Rosa Valley, is encouraging parents to help keep their kids physically active and mentally engaged by signing them up for Y day and resident summer camps. Camp signups are underway.

The Triunfo YMCA is signing up participants for spring basketball league. Kids in kindergarten through eighth grade are eligible. The eight-game season runs from March 24 through May 19 with practices and Sunday games taking place at Agoura High.

The Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park has added two new board members, according to Katie Beck, the Miller YMCA's executive director.

The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Oak Park and Agoura Hills, will host its spring camp from April 1 through 5 at the YMCA daycare facility at Sumac Elementary School (6050 N. Calmfield Ave., Agoura Hills).

The Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park is forming a bike club for children ages 10 through 13. Participants will learn cycling etiquette, training techniques as well as take part in bike rides. A bike club kick off meeting will be held February 1.
