The Miller Family YMCA's Flag Football League begins its third season on December 1 and runs through February 2. Sign-ups are now underway.

The Triunfo YMCA Flag Football League is starting its ninth season. A signup day will take place Sunday, October 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Chumash Park in Agoura Hills. The season begins December 1 with Saturday games and practices.

The Conejo Valley YMCA is hosting its 8th Annual Turkey Day Dash on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 22. The 5K run/walk and 1K family fun run/walk will be held at a new location this year, California Lutheran University.

The first Triunfo YMCA Goblin Gallop, Saturday, October 20 offers a 5K run as well as a 1-mile "trick or treat" run/walk for little ghosts and princesses who want to take part in an early Halloween gathering.

The Simi Valley Family YMCA and Conejo Valley YMCA will hold Halloween Family Fun Nights on Friday, October 26 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Simi Y) and 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Conejo Y). The events are free and open to the community.

The two teachers heading up the preschool at Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park maybe new to the Y, but they have been teaching preschool together as a team for 12 years in Newbury Park.

The first Triunfo YMCA Goblin Gallop will be held Saturday, October 20 as part of the 10th Annual Westlake Village City Celebration.

The Simi Valley Family YMCA is now open a half-hour earlier--5:30 a.m.--on weekdays to accommodate those members who want plenty of time to work out before their day begins.
