The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Agoura and Oak Park, will hold its summer programs sign up day Saturday, March 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Chumash Park (5550 Medea Valley Dr., Agoura Hills).

The Conejo Valley YMCA will hold a rummage sale Saturday, February 25 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Y (4031 N. Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks). All proceeds will benefit the Y's Strong Kids annual fundraising campaign.

A free lecture series especially for moms with teenagers will begin March 6 at the Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park (320 Via Las Brisas, Newbury Park). Conducting the talks is Corine Riedell, a licensed Physicians Assistant.

Twelve-year-old Anna Moss has been enjoying the activities offered through the Triunfo YMCA since she was five. Through the years, she has realized that she gets just as much enjoyment giving back to the Y as she does taking part in the Y's programs.

Two after school programs for kids in first through eighth grades are now being offered at the Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park.

Girls in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade can sign up for the Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park cheerleader squad in February. Participants will cheer at Miller YMCA basketball league games that begin in March.

Two new directors have joined the Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park, according to Katie Beck the Miller YMCA's executive director.

A youth indoor basketball league is forming at the Miller YMCA of Newbury Park. The league is for children in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade.

The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Oak Park, is starting its Model United Nations program, designed for kids in sixth through eighth grades.
